Michael Than is a Chartered Engineer (CMEngNZ). He studied at Lunds Technical Institute of Technology, Sweden, with a Bachelor in Science in Civil Engineering. He holds a master's degree in engineering railway infrastructure from Queensland's University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. He has over 20 years of experience in the industry and completed some of the biggest railway projects worldwide.
Mihai has earned his engineering degree from the Technical University of Civil Engineering. His extensive skill set has enabled him to work on multiple railroad projects worldwide. Mihai has a holistic approach to railroad engineering and is always current with the latest in railroad engineering development.
Matt holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand. He has extensive experience in railway engineering with a strong technical background. With over 15 years of dealing with numerous rail projects, Matt can help you realize your railroad vision.
Ann collaborates closely with the Railize team to develop strategic financial plans, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue growth. She is responsible of handling financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making.
Passionate about improving rail thought-out New Zealand. Finished Bachelors of Applied Management at the end of 2020, Double Majoring in, Marketing and Sales, and Strategic Management. Ready to use it to gain a strong understanding of the rail industry/market, and promote the business case for improved freight and passenger rail transit.
Howard has a high-level knowledge of railway engineering and railway asset management. Having worked in various parts of KiwiRail he is well connected in the business and has a very good understanding of the standards, procedures, and asset management systems.

Lukáš is a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Geologist who is deeply committed to creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of his clients. he has held a number of significant roles within the KiwiRail engineering organization, including Senior Engineering Geologist and Engineering Team Leader Civil. In these roles, he has been responsible for overseeing a wide range of projects related to engineering transport, composition and protection of soils, and geotechnical capabilities of rocks.
